These people touched our hearts how they cared, took time, walked us through everything. With the thousands of people this hurricane left in it's path that was hit much harder than us State Farm agents took care of us as we were the most one important. "Super disappointed in my experience with this particular State Farm office. First, I do want to mention that Meghan should receive five stars … she always returned phone calls and got me the quote I needed for home insurance quickly! However, I wanted to bundle my home and auto insurance and in order to do that I had to speak with Ashley to get the auto insurance taken care of. I left a message on the office message machine, I left a message with Ashley herself including the details, I replied to an email that Meghan had sent asking Ashley to contact me, and finally the fourth time I spoke to Ashley herself (yet again)and gave her all the information necessary (yet again) and still to this day I have not received a return phone call or email from her. Thankfully with three days to spare I contacted Kim at State Farm in Inman and she had us set up the same day! This office is a huge disappointment to Landrum!"

"I have a policy made with trough Tiffany for multiple vehicles. Only to be stopped 3 months later by police and get a ticket for no insurance for over 2 months. When confronted at the office, they had all the record showing that they would take care of it. And just blamed me even though I called them multiple times, and each said they had it fixed. DO NOT trust this branch unless you want to be uninsured in an emergency just to be blamed for their issues."
